Anahuac Lady Panthers Varsity ran off with the lead late in the game in a 7-4 victory over Warren on Friday. The game was tied at three with Anahuac Lady Panthers Varsity batting in the top of the fifth when Lauralei Culp singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.
Anahuac Lady Panthers Varsity earned the victory despite allowing Warren to score three runs in the fourth inning. Warren’s big inning was driven by walks by L Spradlin and Ciymer.

McEachern took the loss for Warren. She surrendered seven runs on 11 hits over seven innings, striking out 12.
